The contract. Plain, fair, enforceable.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Globaris Consulting("Globaris", "we", "us", "our"), a consulting firm with its registered office at SCO 44, Shopping Complex, Sector-4 Extension, HSVP, Rohtak, Haryana, India - 124001.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, signing an engagement letter, or paying any fee to us, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood these Terms;
• you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of any minor for whom you are legally responsible;
• you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law (or the law of your residence, whichever is stricter);
• you accept our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy as incorporated into this agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.

• Candidate means an individual who engages Globaris in connection with overseas-employment opportunities, visa preparation, or related services.
• Employer means a recruitment partner, hiring company or representative thereof, located in India or abroad.
• Services means the case-engineering and consulting services described on our website and in any engagement letter, including (without limitation) profile evaluation, case structuring, document preparation, visa-file assembly, pre-submission training, mock interviews and post-arrival assistance.
• Deliverables means the documents and outputs we produce for you under an engagement, including evaluation reports, execution dossiers, action plans and visa file packages.
• Engagement Letter means a separate written agreement (in print or electronic form) detailing the scope, fees and timelines of a specific engagement, executed alongside these Terms.

Specifically:

• We do not have the power to issue work permits, visas or employment contracts;
• We do not employ candidates ourselves or guarantee employment offers;
• We do not provide legal opinions on immigration law, employment law or tax law in any jurisdiction;
• We do not act as your representative before any embassy, court, tribunal or regulator unless we expressly agree to do so in writing as part of an engagement.

Decisions on visa approvals, work permits and employment offers rest exclusively with the relevant employer, recruiter, embassy, consulate or other competent authority. We engineer your case to maximise approval probability — we do not, and cannot, guarantee any outcome.

The scope of services for any engagement is defined in the applicable Engagement Letter. In the absence of an Engagement Letter, the scope is limited to whatever is expressly described on this website or in our written email correspondence with you.

Anything outside that defined scope (including additional document drafting, additional employer introductions, accelerated handling, or post-departure interventions beyond the agreed period) requires a separate written agreement and may incur additional fees.

To engage our services as a candidate, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age (or such higher age as required by the destination country);
• possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the targeted pathway;
• be physically and mentally fit for the work category you are applying to (for blue-collar pathways);
• disclose, truthfully and completely, your prior visa applications, rejections, deportations, criminal records, debts, and any other matter that may affect a visa or employer decision;
• provide genuine and accurate documents — never forged, manipulated, or borrowed from a third party;
• attend interviews, training and consultations on agreed dates and in good faith;
• comply with the laws of India and of the destination country at all times during and after the engagement.

You agree to immediately inform us of any change to the information you have provided. We rely on the accuracy of your inputs to structure your case; misinformation may result in rejection, fee forfeiture (per the Refund Policy), and potential blacklisting by embassies or employers — for which Globaris bears no liability.

We do not publish fixed fees on this website because every case is engineered around the candidate's specific profile, country and role. Fees are quoted only after a free profile evaluation and are documented in the Engagement Letter.

Quotation

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the Engagement Letter (typically 30 days);
• Quotes are exclusive of taxes (GST or equivalent), embassy fees, visa fees, biometric fees, courier charges, attestation charges, translation charges and any third-party costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Where the destination country, employer or job role changes after the Engagement Letter is signed, fees may be re-quoted to reflect the new scope.

Payment

• Payment milestones (e.g. 30/70 or 10/20/70 for Poland; single milestone for Maldives) are set in the Engagement Letter;
• Payments are non-transferable to other candidates without our prior written consent;
• Payments must be made through legitimate banking channels and are receipted; we do not accept unrecorded cash for full engagement fees;
• Late payment may suspend service delivery and embassy timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by late payment.

Third-party charges

Visa application fees, embassy fees, attestation, translation, courier, medical examination, police clearance and similar charges imposed by third parties are paid by you, either directly or via us on a pass-through basis with documented receipts.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Globaris does not guarantee employment, work-permit issuance, visa approval, salary level, accommodation quality, contract renewal, or any other outcome that depends on third parties;
• Embassies, consulates and employers are entirely independent and sovereign in their decision-making;
• Any indicative timelines (e.g. “~4 months for Poland”) are estimates based on past experience and are not contractual commitments;
• Our representations about “success rates” or historical approval probability are aggregate descriptions, not promises about your individual case.

Any oral assurances by individual representatives that contradict this clause are non-binding and are superseded by these Terms and your Engagement Letter.

You will not, while engaging us or using our website:

• submit false, altered or fraudulent documents to us or to any third party as part of your case;
• misrepresent your identity, work experience, qualifications, financial status or family circumstances;
• attempt to bribe, threaten, harass or unduly pressure any embassy officer, employer representative or Globaris employee;
• offer or accept payments outside the official Engagement Letter, with the intent of circumventing tax, regulatory or anti-corruption laws;
• disrupt, hack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, internal systems or third-party tools we use;
• scrape, copy, redistribute or commercialise our website content, structures, templates or methodologies without prior written consent;
• impersonate any other candidate, employer or Globaris staff member.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate the engagement, forfeit fees in accordance with the Refund Policy, and report serious matters to the appropriate authorities.

All content on the Globaris website — including text, logos, graphics, illustrations, photography, brand marks, the case-engineering methodology, the structure and wording of our deliverables, and the website design itself — is the intellectual property of Globaris Consulting or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret and design laws.

Use of our content

• You may view our website for personal, non-commercial purposes;
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, adapt, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission;
• Deliverables produced for you are licensed for your personal use in connection with your own visa or employment process and may not be sold, distributed or used to instruct or assist any other candidate;
• We reserve the right to use anonymised, aggregated or non-identifying information about your case for marketing, training and case-study purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of the personal documents and information you provide to us. You grant Globaris a limited, royalty-free licence to process, copy, store and disclose those materials strictly for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services and complying with legal obligations.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the engagement that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would treat as confidential, including:

• commercial terms in your Engagement Letter and any negotiated fees;
• our internal templates, methodologies, scoring rubrics and case-engineering frameworks;
• employer pricing, recruitment-partner identities and any information shared on a need-to-know basis;
• your personal documents and case file.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years, except for trade secrets, which remain protected for as long as they retain that status under law.

We provide our website and Services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement;
• we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• information on the website (such as country pathways, vacancy details, salary ranges or process timelines) is indicative and subject to change without notice; verified figures and timelines for your specific case are confirmed in your Engagement Letter and consultations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 or applicable consumer protection legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Globaris (including our directors, employees and subcontractors) to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, shall not exceed:

1. the total fees actually paid by you to Globaris during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh),

whichever is lower.

Globaris shall not be liable for:

• loss of expected employment, salary, bonuses, savings, business opportunity, reputation or goodwill;
• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages;
• decisions, delays or errors of any embassy, consulate, employer, recruiter, bank, courier, attestation service, government authority or other third party;
• losses caused by your own breach of these Terms, your provision of false or incomplete information, or your failure to follow our written guidance;
• losses caused by force majeure events (see below).

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Globaris and our directors, employees and subcontractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• your breach of these Terms or your Engagement Letter;
• your provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents;
• your violation of any law (including immigration, tax, labour, data-protection, anti-corruption or consumer-protection laws) in India or abroad;
• your infringement of any intellectual-property right of a third party;
• any third-party claim arising from acts or omissions you commit during or after the engagement, whether on a recruiter's premises, an employer's premises, or in the destination country.

Either party may terminate the engagement:

• For convenience, on the terms and notice period set out in your Engagement Letter, with refunds (if any) governed by the Refund Policy;
• For cause, with immediate effect, if the other party commits a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice (or that cannot be remedied);
• By Globaris immediately, if we discover or reasonably suspect that you have provided forged or misleading documents, engaged in fraud, threatened our staff, or violated applicable law in connection with your case.

Upon termination:

• both parties' confidentiality obligations continue per this agreement;
• we will hand over (or, where lawful, destroy) any documents and data you have provided, on your written instruction;
• you remain liable for all fees and third-party costs accrued up to the date of termination.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or epidemics, terrorist acts, war, civil unrest, government action, embassy closures, strikes, internet or telecommunications outages, or third-party service disruptions. The affected party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and to resume performance as soon as the event ends.

Our website may reference third-party content (e.g. embassies, recruiter portals, statutory authorities) or include links to external websites. We provide such content and links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of third parties.

We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law or our internal practices. We will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services after such an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes materially affect an active engagement, we will notify affected clients in writing.

These Terms, your Engagement Letter and any non-contractual obligations arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Subject to the dispute-resolution clause below, the courts and tribunals at Rohtak, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

We genuinely prefer to resolve concerns informally. If a dispute arises out of or in connection with this agreement, the parties shall:

1. Negotiate in good faith for at least 30 days, starting with a written notice to info@globarisconsulting.commarked “Dispute notice”.
2. Attempt mediation with a single mediator mutually agreed in writing, at Rohtak, before commencing litigation.
3. Litigation may be commenced only after the above steps fail, in the courts at Rohtak, Haryana.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and your Engagement Letter, form the entire agreement between you and Globaris in relation to the Services and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
• Severability: if any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver: failure or delay by either party in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that or any other right.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without our written consent. We may assign the agreement to an affiliate or successor in connection with a corporate restructuring.
• Notices: formal notices must be sent in writing to info@globarisconsulting.com (for notices to us) or to the email address you provided in your Engagement Letter (for notices to you), with a copy to your registered postal address where required.
• Language: these Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only and the English version prevails in case of conflict.
