Globaris Consulting("Globaris", "we", "us", "our") operates as a case-engineering consulting firm assisting candidates with structured overseas-employment pathways. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain and protect personal information when you:

• visit our website at globarisconsulting.com;
• submit a contact, eligibility, employer or candidate intake form;
• engage us as a paying client for case structuring, documentation, visa-file preparation or post-arrival assistance;
• communicate with us by email, phone, WhatsApp or in person at our office in Rohtak, Haryana, India.

This policy applies globally, but is primarily governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Where you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with stricter data-protection laws (such as the GDPR), additional rights may apply and are explained below.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

From candidates and prospective candidates

• Identity data: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, marital status, photographs and government-issued identifiers (passport, PAN, Aadhaar, driving licence) where required by an embassy, employer or regulator.
• Contact data: phone numbers, WhatsApp number, email address, residential address.
• Educational and professional data: qualifications, certificates, work history, references, language ability, prior travel and visa history.
• Financial data: bank statements, salary slips, FD certificates, EMI documentation and other proof of financial standing relevant to embassy scrutiny.
• Family and dependency data: limited details about parents, spouse and dependants, where used to evidence ties to home country.
• Case-engineering data: assessment notes, execution-dossier drafts, narrative scripts, mock-interview recordings (if you consent).

From employers and recruitment partners

• Company name, registration details and verification documents;
• Contact details of the person submitting the enquiry (name, role, email, phone);
• Hiring requirements, timelines, headcount and any specific commercial terms shared with us.

From every visitor (including non-clients)

• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, referring URL, time-stamps, language preference.
• Usage data: pages visited, click-paths, interactions with forms (excluding the contents of unsubmitted forms), approximate location at country / region level.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data such as religion, caste, political opinions, biometrics or health data unless an embassy or employer specifically requires it as part of a visa or contractual process and you have voluntarily provided it.

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Directly from you: when you fill a website form, send an email, share documents by email or WhatsApp, or hand them over in person at our office.
• From third parties on your behalf: from recruitment partners, employers, embassies, document attestation services, banks and prior agencies, but only where you have authorised us in writing to do so.
• Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies on our website (see "Cookies" below) and standard server logs.

We process personal data only for legitimate, defined and lawful purposes:

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. All case-engineering decisions are reviewed by a senior human consultant.

We share personal data only when necessary, and only with parties contractually bound to confidentiality and adequate data security. The categories of recipients include:

• Recruitment partners and employers, where you have authorised us to introduce you for a specific role;
• Embassies, consulates and visa-application centres, where document submission is part of the engaged service;
• Notaries, attestation services, courier and translation providers, strictly for the documents and tasks engaged;
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, bound by professional confidentiality;
• Service providers we rely on to operate our business: hosting providers, transactional email providers (currently Resend Inc.), customer-relationship and case-management tools, and accounting software;
• Regulators, courts and law-enforcement authorities, only where we are legally compelled to disclose;
• Successors in interest, in the event of a corporate restructuring, merger or sale, with reasonable notice to you wherever lawful.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own marketing.

By the nature of our work, your personal data must be transferred across borders. For example:

• documentation and assessment data may be transferred to a Polish, Maldivian or other foreign employer or to the relevant embassy in India or abroad;
• our website hosting and email infrastructure is operated by providers located in the European Union or the United States;
• our payment, accounting and case-management tools may store data in jurisdictions outside India.

Where we transfer data internationally, we ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism is in place, including (as applicable) standard contractual clauses, equivalent contractual safeguards or your specific consent in advance of the transfer.

We retain personal data only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, plus any additional period required by law or to defend ourselves against potential claims.

After expiry, data is securely deleted or fully anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated;
• Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to retention obligations described above;
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing;
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, in which case we will reassess and either honour your objection or explain our overriding lawful basis;
• Restrict processing while a query or dispute is pending;
• Data portability in a structured, machine-readable format, where applicable;
• Nominate a representative to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death (DPDP Act);
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.

We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These include:

• access control on case-management tools, with role-based permissions;
• transport-layer encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmitted via our website and email infrastructure;
• written confidentiality and data-protection commitments from staff and contractors;
• secure handling of physical documents at our registered office, with controlled access;
• periodic review of access logs and security configurations;
• an incident-response process that enables us to notify affected individuals and the relevant regulator, where legally required, in the event of a notifiable data breach.

No system is perfectly secure. Where you share documents with us by email or messaging apps, we encourage you to also keep an independent copy and to send only what we have specifically asked for.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on our website. We categorise them as follows:

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients and posted prominently on our website.
