Poland is one of the most established routes for Indian blue-collar workers to take up legal, long-term employment inside the European Union. Roles in manufacturing, warehousing, food processing and agriculture are in steady demand, and a successful Poland work permit can become a multi-year EU work history. Globaris prepares your case end to end - documentation, financial evidence, and visa file - and supports you after arrival.
Candidates aged roughly 18-50 who are physically fit for shift work, hold a valid passport, and can support a properly documented case. Prior experience helps for warehouse and technical roles but is not required for general production. Basic English is useful but not always mandatory.
The route runs in two stages. First, an employer and recruiter secure a work permit (typically around two months). Then you book a national (D-type) work visa appointment (about three to four weeks) and receive a decision (around two weeks). Globaris coordinates with partner recruiters, builds the documentation set, and prepares you for submission and the interview.
Net pay is commonly in the range of PLN 20-30 per hour depending on the role and overtime, with shared accommodation often provided or arranged. Realistic monthly savings vary with overtime and living costs; we give you an honest picture before you commit, not an inflated one.
